We have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have paid thousands in subscription fees. We have now no other option left than to file a small claims court and take this to UK National Press to warn other small businesses on how Xero speaks to its customers and help it offers. The outage began at 08.25 UTC on 27 July and was not fully resolved until 19.04 UTC, according to Xeros status page. They take no responsibility for their buggy templates and system that never works. Xero says that problems linked to its login infrastructure not security woes were to blame for yesterdays mega wobble that saw customers locked out of the cloud-based accounting software for almost eleven hours. They offer to arrange a call to fix the templates that would make no difference as the issues are on Xero side. They are blaming the customer rather than looking into the faults and errors of Xero's templates and are refusing to help. Terrible customer service, especially Shelley who is arrogant, rude and unhelpful.
AWFUL COMPANY! They ruined our company Invoice templates and we have been trying to get it resolved for 6 months+ Finally sent a Letter Before Action due to financial damage caused to which no response (not surprising).
